It's a shame we never worked out any sort of cross-species communication because I would literally put bounties on nearby mosquitoes.

Hell, I'd give them those Splinter Cell goggles and some sort of spider guns (web launchers, idk) and have them rappel out of tiny Blackhawk helicopters or something.

I was bit on the hand by a black widow when helping to hitch the boat to the truck. I reached under to free the trailer latch and felt like I was electrocuted or something. Then I saw the black spider drop down from under with the telltale red hourglass. I googled it and pretty much said I would be OK as a healthy (lol) adult. It was like a 3x wasp sting with the swelling and all. Bobby gave me some bourbon, and I took nap. We have a ton of tiny brown widows around the gardens here and I think they have gotten me before and they just feel like an ant bite. Not 100% sure about that, cuz lots of red ants too. And some big horseflies that'll get your attention.
