I've never shopped online, I don't know how, and didn't want to learn for fear of spending all of the little bit of money I have. There's a whole lot of really cool stuff I'd love to have, but I know I need to eat.

I shop both ways, urgency rules most of the time. If I need it PDQ then I gird my loins and go after it. Otherwise some minimum wage sucker brings it to me.

My favorite thing is to cocoon myself with the sheets and I've learned the hard way that it only tightens as the night goes on and I sweat like a frog in the sahara, I sleep deeply, and all vital functions - especially brain functions - start failing at a certain level of dehydration.

Also, it is possible to cramp for nearly an hour almost continuously.  And no, you don't get used to it.  It actually gets somewhat more painful over time.

I've never had it longer than very short times, but I hate this. How are your magnesium or vit D levels?
