Writers are just jealous that singers can entertain someone with 200 words when they can't do it with 20,000.

I always end my stories with "And they all lived happily ever after." 🤓

So you don't use the Steven King model.

What's the Stephen King model? I've read several King novels, but I don't quite know to what you are referring.

Let's take Thinner as an example. The husband gets hit by a spell from a witch, one that becomes a curse. He loses over a hundred pounds quite quickly. But it doesn't stop there, he's getting THINNER and THINNER, with no end in sight. So he get another spell to transfer this curse to another person. Unfortunately instead of the intended victim his wife and daughter are the recipients of the curse.

IRL: King posted a sign on the gate to his property that announced that the road into his property was "mined". Somebody called the cops. King admitted that he may have misspelled "mind" and very politely crossed out the "e" in "mind" with a graphite pencil. "Oopsie, my bad."

We 'new atheists' have a reputation for being militant, but make no mistake  we didn't start this war. If you want to place blame put it on the the religious zealots who have been poisoning the minds of the  young for a long long time."

Did the little boy in "Cujo" survive with no long term damage? Been a good long while since I avoided working on my paper to read that book.

I honestly don't remember either. I haven't read, or watched any King stories in a long time. Last one I saw was The Mist. The ending to that one was so disturbing I won't go back for more...

I've seen that there's an alt ending for that one. Wasn't excited about the first ending so I didn't venture further.
