They would make for the best spies or assassins.  Killing people and disposing of the body somewhere inconspicuous is what they do anyway.

So naturally, museums and banks would have to rely on things that vampires are weak against, like silver and holy relics.  Maybe contract with vampire hunters or a holy order to surveil the premises.  Also, no one's getting in without a photo ID.
