I wonder why Christians focus so much on homosexuality when, according to the Bible, it's equal to all other sins. Why not focus on incest? Bestiality? Adultery? Or a bevy of other sins, like eating pork? Why do the vast majority of Christians eat pork? It's a sin to eat pork, according to the Bible.

I know, I know...some of those things (or all of them) are OT, not NT and yet Genesis, Exodus, Proverbs, and Psalms are in the OT, are quoted a lot by Christians. So, Christiansâ,,¢ at the end of the day are hypocrites who, of course, most likely, never read the entirety of the Bible.

Having someone read it to you at a church, them interpreting it in their SPAG, does not equate to: I read the Bible.

The bible does not teach annihilation, it teaches eternal torment. At least Jesus does so.

Wrong! The wages of sin is DEATH. There almost every bit of biblical evidence clearly states that eternal life is given when you accept Jesus. The soul is not inherently immortal. Annihilation is what the Bible talks about.

Your religion says that mankind is "fallen" and depraved.  Does it strike you personally as strange that the best plan for salvation that a "perfect" god could come up with is to cease personal contact with these troubled beings, giving them instead a book which requires "interpretation" by those very same morally corrupt beings and telling them to spread amongst themselves the "Truth" that they, depraved as they all are, find within the book.  What could possibly go wrong?
