Sooo...there's been fandom drama.  One of the wonders of the internet.

Basically, The Amazing Digital Circus creator Gooseworx talked to fans online and told 'em that the show really only has two main characters - Pomni and Jax.  As you might imagine, people who are big fans of other characters (including yours truly) were somewhat disappointed (but I learned about that quite a while after the incident, so I wasn't involved).  There have been unconfirmed allegations that some fans crossed a line in expressing their displeasure (alternatively, that Gooseworx took criticism a bit too personally).  Either way, Gooseworx pitched a fit about it, reddit pitched a fit about it, drama ensues. [insert dog surrounded by fire saying "This is fine" here]

Instead of staying confined to just the one fandom, now other creators are jumping in and talking about their own experiences.  Vivinne Madrano (Hazbin Hotel, Helluvaboss) expressed her frustrations in fan interactions.  Matt Braly of Amphibia also gave his experience with alleged hatemail he received.

So here's my two cents:

I know it's tempting for creators to be very active in their show's fandom, but I would caution against that - especially on Twitter and Reddit.  It's especially ill-advised for creators to do this while the show is still ongoing and for the creator to answer questions about upcoming plot details.  This can easily start a flame war among fans, spoil the series, etc.  Vivinne Madrano took a lot of questions about her series, and it was like a game of telephone with each outlet subtly warping the answer until youtube videos came out that had little to nothing to do with her answer.  So my best advice is to keep a lot of distance until it's wrapped up and then you can maybe clear up misconceptions if you feel like you must.

None of the above should be construed as blaming the creator for fandom dramas - they can happen without warning over very little.  Hell, there was a bit of a kerfuffle about Jax appearing in the show in a maid outfit and one fan ran with it and depicted Jax as a trans woman and got a bit too spammy about it on reddit and mods got involved and someone wanders on the fandom wondering why pro-trans posts are getting deleted and didn't understand the context and there was big drama over that.  *sigh*

So let's imagine that only one out of a thousand people are assholes (.1% asshole rate).  Let's say you have a million fans online.  As a creator, you're going to be interacting with a thousand assholes.  Can you handle that?  I probably couldn't.  It's no surprise that there's a big need for either a moderating team or a very liberal use of the delete key.  It's the stereotypical "I like oranges" met with a "Why does the creator hate lemons??!" response.

I like interacting with fandoms.  I love the talent and creativity that goes into fanart and fan music and fan theories.  I even like fan criticism on occasion.  However, a lot of the takes these people have (except mine, which are without flaw /s) are colossally dumb, create unnecessary conflict which then explodes into flamewars and factionalism.  If you've seen shipping wars, you know exactly what I'm talking about.  If you're a fan or creator, I ask you to please not engage with this sort of stuff - downvote and move on, delete the email and move on, block and move on, etc.  Don't engage.  Don't get baited or riled up.  Obviously, creators are people too and should be treated with respect and kindness online.  But when that's not the case - which is often - there has to be a backup plan.

Since such evidence hasn't been provided, there is no reason to believe in evolution, and you would have to be incredibly naive to do so.

Fortunately, you are not an authority on what counts as evidence. You're just a jackass shooting off your mouth on the internet. Otherwise, you would have died of dysentery by age eight.

Jesus taught people how to be compassionate human beings, while science has only given us gas chambers and nuclear weapons.

If we never had science, we would have lived peaceful lives as hunter-gatherers like Adam and Eve did in Eden, so we should get rid of science and replace it with the religion which Jesus taught to his disciples.

You would have died of dysentery.

Human lifespan during the Middle Ages when the bible was science was 30-35 years and people died of little things like bad teeth when not starving to death. Roughly 85-90% of the population lived as peasants, enduring harsh labor, poor sanitation, and high infant mortality. While the nobility and clergy lived in relative luxury, commoners faced frequent famine, and horrible disease.

Of course, so many uneducated religious morons want to end science/vaccines and bring back polio and smallpox. We are having a moron measles outbreak right now. A disease that WAS eradicated decades ago.

Jesus didn't teach compassion. He demanded subservience to a dictator (and said it is more important than love for one's own family.) It's just the thing brainless people crave. That's why they love dictator Trump too.

I saw Zardoz last week, and at the time it was the weirdest movie I'd ever seen. But today I saw Everything, Everywhere, All At Once, and it was far more weird than Zardoz! I don't think it would be possible to make a movie more weird than that! Lucky for me I dearly love weird movies! 🤗

I gave a presentation on evolution to all three sections of my eight grade class. A local preacherman threatened my life. God's chosen sure don't act like it.

Then there's no "evidence" that you exist. You'll just naysay anything presented. Do you wear shoes? My hillbilly cousins in Kenfucky sould a lot like you.
