That actually sounds really good, not gonna lie.  Or maybe some blue cheese dressing.

I like it with peanut butter and raisins.

What do you call it when you passive-aggressively put yourself in a position where you're easy to notice, so that someone else will expect to find you there, and try to avoid you?

Yeah blue cheese would be fine, but that pimento stuff was just nasty!

Quote from: Mike Cl on August 25, 2022, 11:46:56 AMI have not eaten celery in this shape.  They look sort of like turnips.

Completely different. Cooked, raw... Celery tastes amazing. My favourite veggie. Esp. as an olive oil dish. This is the classic recipe. (the youtube link.) But we make that with celery heart and a very little carrot & potato with orange juice. More celery, less stuff. [Also another one: Grated celery heart (raw), strained yogurt (use Greek or Turkish), walnut and dill. NOM. This is so delicious. AMAZING.]

Eating blue cheese and apple salad atm.  Blue cheese is amazing, more people need to try it out.

I love bleu cheese! I even dip my French fries in it.

I quite agree with that. I avoided it like the plague until my 30s just because I thought it would taste like buttermilk, for some reason. Then one day at lunch in  San Francisco I decided to try it. I was so surprised how good it tasted that I couldn't get enough of it! There's a brand called Marie's that's the only one I really like. Sometimes I even mix in some blue cheese crumbles, and I'm really in heaven! I don't even need anything with it, I just scoop it out of the jar with a spoon.
