Only if your knocking door to door and ramming it down people's throats. Other wise if they bring it be prepared% to have it dished right back out.

The only thing that will abolish religion is education lots and lots of education. That and maybe they should teach critical thinking in school.

You are right on about education.  Which is why they engage in home schooling, parochial schools, private religious schools and are trying to invade classrooms with their creationist crap.  They realize they are slowly losing so they are setting up their last ditch efforts.  So the question is what would hasten their demise.  And I don't think the idea is to destroy it but rather to help it evolve into something more palatable.  And we have a dire need to teach more critical thinking skills considering some of the people I have encountered.   Maybe we need to focus on rational thinking.

We should demand they read their babble to their kids every night and not miss a single verse. That should add about 250,000 atheists to the party.

Nope.. they already do that.
Actually they don't, they read select passages to the kids, then they tell the kids what they want that passage to mean, which is likely what their preacher has told them they mean.

Most christians want to prove their views, and they will search their babble until they find something that matches that goal.  Every week the sit and listen to a preacher cherry pick passages and assemble them into whatever he wants them to.  The babble is like a dictionary, the words and passages are there, they only need to be assembled in the correct order, much like many people use a dictionary.

Feed on me
You know I’m never far
Feed off me
Like a vulture on a deer hit by a car
I can only do so much
And of course it’s never enough
I don’t think that you see
Exactly what you’re doing to me

Don’t speak
Don’t speak

Give me a reason to turn and run
Give me a reason to burn this house down
Give me a reason I wish you would
I wish you would
Wish you would

Give me a reason for disaster
And I’ll be happy ever after
Give me a reason I wish you would
I wish you would
Wish you would

So you've tried your best
To get out of this mess
But that’s just a joke
You’ve never awoke
To the sound of a mother screaming at night

Don’t speak
Don’t speak

Give me a reason to turn and run
Give me a reason to burn this house down
Give me a reason I wish you would
I wish you would
Wish you would

Give me a reason for disaster
And I’ll be happy ever after
Give me a reason I wish you would
I'd wish you would
Wish you would

I wish you would
Wish you would
Wish you would
Wish you would
Wish you would

Give me a reason to turn and run
Give me a reason to burn this house down
Give me a reason I wish you would
I wish you would
Wish you would

Give me a reason for disaster
And I’ll be happy ever after
Give me a reason to turn and run
I wish you would
I wish you would leave!

Yes, I did not give much serious thought in my answer since I did not take the response very seriously.  Obviously we can't force feed christians to reinterpret their bible.

I am not sure why you feel that way.  Sometimes I need things spelled out for me.

I doubt very much you would understand and respond with a provocative and rhetorical question as you have done so far at this forum. Solitary
