Is sodomy with someone of the opposite gender ok?

Is it ok if I do it with someone of the same gender but I'm not that into it?

Everyone needs to calm down and really listen to what this guy is trying to do. The killing of gays is for us people. He said so. I mean, gays have the option to move instead of being killed. Look at the Native Americans now. Casinos.... um, they're in history books. Imagine gay people owning casinos and being in history books. Win-win. Freedom. Apple Pie, Auntie Em hiding from tornados, and houses being dropped on witches. There's no place like home.

And somewhere over the rainbow is the reality this man ascribes to.

This bugs me, is that buggery?  :wall:  :fU: Solitary

Wait, he's the lawyer, and I'm the one who can think of at least four Supreme Court decisions this runs foul of?

Obviously, he's not a very good lawyer -- if Prop 8 didn't pass Constitutional muster, and he genuinely believes this will, he needs to either halve, or double, whatever meds he's on, because whatever he's currently taking ain't doing the job.

Any idiot with $200 can file anything as a ballot initiative.  From this point he has the impossible task of gathering enough signatures to try to get his initiative onto the ballot.

What makes this idiot unusual is that he actually had $200.

We tend to think that lawyers as a group are a bunch of smart fuckers. When I went through bankruptcy, my only real time with lawyers, the one thing I learned, fortunately, was get a successful one. That is how you tell they are smart. One of the lawyers against us was so dense the judge had to correct him like four times. Later, my own lawyer commented that you can basically take the bar until you pass it, so by trial and error you can eventually get it.

My lawyer never even had to speak. The brief he wrote was so good they couldn't really contest it. That's the kind of lawyer you want.

Impossible? Unlikely maybe but not impossible. The 365,000 signatures required to get this shit on the ballot are less than 1% of the population of California. It's also only about 5% of the people that voted for proposition 8 when it passed. No. Not impossible.

His law might just get might just get some traction with politicians regarding that million dollar fine - no more budget cuts!
This really cracked me up - effective immediately, and cannot be struck down by any court, state or federal. He's assigning his law superhero powers that don't exist for any other law. Wanker!
Q for theists; how can there be freewill and miracles? And, how can prayer exist in an environment as regimented as "gods plan"?

My first thought on hearing the word lawyer is usually "blood sucking parasite".
