I've played it. It's pretty fun. Each round, someone is put in charge of picking a policy card, which come in red or blue. When it's your turn, you draw a random three, so you could have any combination of the two cards. IIRC, you discard one and hand the other two to another player, then they eliminate one of the cards and hand the remainder back. So that other person kinda knows what you started with, but they can also screw you over. If you're a Liberal, you generally want the blue cards, and playing too many red cards results in the Fascist players winning the game. So if it's your turn, and you play a red, the other players will likely get suspicious. But if that's all you had, or you had your only blue card removed by another player, then it isn't your fault. You can blame that other player, but it's your word against theirs at that point. However, there are legitimate reasons to play red cards. The more red cards are played, the more power the players as a whole have. So it's a very complex game where everybody is constantly questioning each other's motives. As a Fascist (Hitler or ally), you have to further your goals without being too suspicious.
