Kudos to Pence for that.  Unfortunately, he doesn't hold office right now, so it has less of an impact.

King Orange will probably send his goons after him, but Pence has survived that before.

And not just the presidential age barrier (though in these days, it's more of a wealth barrier), Millennials are also less represented than older generations were when they were the same age.



There's about half the number of under 50 members of the House as there was in the early 80s.  4.5 times less for the Senate.  And you better believe that the ones who are aren't getting a seat on the committees.

Well, I can't tell how old they are with any precision, but what's obvious is that they're all white males.

Why on earth was the 97th congress such a sharp dip in the age like that. I looked it up and it was the congress at the end of Carter's term and then during Reagan's first term. It was also the first time the Republicans held one of the houses since the 50's
