And then some other guy who I have no idea who that is and figure it the whole point of this joke it doesn't look like a movie character but some jackoff who makes shitty right wing youtube videos sponsored by his own brand of testoterone suppliments he sells to idiotic incells.

Bottom left is Andrew Tate, essentially a professional misogynist with the worst dating advice possible.  And the fact that he went from beefing online with a teenager to being arrested is downright hilarious in so many ways.

The joke is that the guy is like a cartoon villain and every bit as clownish and silly as those fictional characters.
