To be fair, the cancer researchers and the comedy show staff are two very different teams of people.  And one goal is just a tad more difficult than the other.

I looked it up, there's no mountain on the other side of the chasm, just the south pole. I had to be high.

I did get high on Mt. Etna when it was only 11,000 ft. high.
