How are you going to understand any answer I put here, if you are not intelligent enough to understand what you are offering is just advanced slavery, but nothing else?

Do you get that expression? That tells me you have very little to no experience with real life, esp. with people.

Most of them are Indian, Korean and Chinese ... not so many Japanese.  Do you know that Asia produces more engineers in a month than the US does in a decade (probably not right ratio).  And some of them are actually good, and get H1B visas (and get mildly fucked over by their evil Gaijin employers).  Non-Asian Americans usually don't get visas to go do technology in Asia ... except to transfer the know-how and GTFO.
