No one said anything about getting birth control pills from elementary schools. Obviously elementary schools were listed to serve as a deterrent to pregnancy at all. Have you met some of those little twerps aged 5-11? Some of them are real punks and would put you off of ever wanting kids or sex ever again.

Probably connected with the Mesopotamian myth of Lilith.  Originally a demoness who endangers laboring women and new-borns.  I guess there are a few cases of men too big and women to small (or young) where they guy has a hard time getting out of his predicament.
