They've struck down the contribution limits. If you hurry you can get a Congressman at the old prices.

I'll give you one guess for which five were for this ruling and which four were against it.

Gee, I'd be completely lost trying to figure that one out.

They didn't strike down all contribution limits.  They struck down aggregate contribution limits.  This may actually help kill off the Tea Party quicker than its natural death.  When McCain-Feingold set an aggregate contribution limit, financial Republicans lost enormous power over the party as money flooded into batshit insane PACs.  Allowing more money to flow directly to the party will help that most endangered of species, the moderate Republican, as they work to marginalize the Tea Party.

I hope. Certainly wouldn't miss the Tea Party. Big here in Utah; Senator Mike Lee (gag) and they are trying to elect a black woman Mormon convert (no it don't make any sense, don't ask) Tea Partier.

No. the Mormon church has already disavowed great great grand daddy Brigham. He is in the Mormon version of the Phantom Zone.

The church got all colorful, because now the missionaries are bringing home wives from countries like Brazil.

Guess what those wives were doing for a living down there before they sucked themselves into Utah.

This might actually work for the Democratic party as well because many people are feed up with the extreme right wing, many corporations are sick of them as well. The Democrats get a lot of small money donations and can also benefit from big money as well although when you think of big money one of the first things that comes to mind is that no matter what party it goes to it automatically equates to corruption.

They kept the "per candidate" limit which is the critical one, they only eliminated the limit that prevents you from donating to too many candidates at once.  So rest assured, the two party system is safe.

Yep, it'll be safe so long as we use first-past-the-post voting.
