For those of you who watch YouTube, do you have any favorite skeptic/atheist YouTubers? If so, who? Share one of their videos below.

I'll start with one. MindShift, real name "Brandon," is one of the latest I've subscribed too. He uploads several times a week, and he's very thoughtful, well-read, and fair. He has a Secular Bible Study series, where he talks about one book per video, breaks them down, discusses what he likes and dislikes about them, what their implications are for the Christian faith, how they contradict other books, etc. He also does response videos and such. Lots of variety. Here's his latest video, as of writing this:

"The world is evil! They deserve to burn in H E double hockey sticks! They're all wrong! I'm right! I'm going to knock on their doors and tell them how wrong they are! I'm going to vote on policies to enforce my interpretation of the Bible on everyone else, because this is a spiritual battle of good versus evil!"

[Five minutes later...]

"Boo hoo... Why does everybody hate me?"

I swear, these people completely lack self-awareness.

Born under one law, to another bound;
Vainly begot, and yet forbidden vanity,
Created sick, commanded to be sound."

Throughout the years i've enjoyed a few.

My first, i think, was logicked.
Longest channel i've consistently been subscribed to.

Then i got into thunderfOOt and the amazing atheist. But when i grew less militant, less angry with myself for having believed for so long, i dropped those.
I liked armoured sceptic, a while. But he grew rather unsympathetic in my eyes.
Sargonn of akad, i just lost interest in. Same with the atheist experience. And that last group, i've come to understand they got rid of dillahunty, which i found a shame. Liked the cut of his jib.

Then i lost all interest in youtube atheists for a while. Got more into british and later american politics.
Religion, at the end of the day, is only one subject, you know? And what is there to say after a hundred videos of 'cool. Can you prove that though?'

I will say though. I still stick by logicked. He helped me accept being atheist and he has steady and good content, and just one clip a week or so isn't overdoing it.
And nowadays, i'll sometimes listen to 'sir sic', just because he is fun in a dumb way. His selfdeprecation is something i can appreciate. And he ventures into other woo-subjecrs like flat earth and spirit science and... still as unvalidated as the religion stuff, but it changes it up a bit at least, you know?

Sure there are a few i followed for a short time, in between, but too many to have any stand out right now.
Thinking ape? Or something like that? Low voice? Says 'my fellow apes' and stuff like that.
There were two guys who read chick-tracts and made fun of them? One of them underwent a sex-change operation, i think? So a guy and a gall, now, i should probably say. (Hugo and jake? Or something?)
And a few others.

Oh, qnd i warch thunderf00t again, but now because he droppes the religion thing. Not every show is worth listening to, but he does some good take-down on vaporware. If he had remained a religion-sceptic for most his content, i probably would not have ever picked it back up.

I've lost interest in a lot of the earlier atheist YouTubers. The Amazing Atheist is very...immature. Sometimes religion deserves to be mocked, but at the same time, we don't need to be burning bridges with liberal theists who would otherwise be on the same side as us on other issues. The Amazing Atheist is like the incarnation of the Reddit atheist.

I watched Hugo & Jake for years, but I don't think they do much anymore, do they? I think I'm still subscribed, but I haven't had anything from them pop up on my feed in years. Hugo transitioned, but I don't remember her new name, if she decided on one before I stopped paying attention. Jake started giving me some weird vibes on his streams too.

I feel like MindShift's Secular Bible Study is basically "The Bible Reloaded," but more academic in style. Brandon does his research, while Jake and...Not Hugo basically just opened the book and read it. Which is fine, if you just want a casual reading without the Christian bias.

A lot of atheist YouTubers basically jumped ship, claiming that criticizing Christianity became like beating a dead horse. But that's the healthiest looking dead horse I've ever seen. If Christians can find something to talk about every single week in church, so can we. So I lost interest in a lot of them when they switched to politics.

DarkMatter2525 is still going strong, though. His animations have increased in quality, and he's even started throwing in some original fiction as well. He recently finished a fantasy book trilogy and has an audio version of the first book on his channel. It didn't replace his normal content, but is something extra in addition to the usual stuff. He's very sharp in his humor. Probably helps that he actually listens to Christian YouTubers, so he knows how they think and can flip their logic back on them.

I also like Prophet of Zod. He mainly does response videos, where he breaks down in detail why the OP's logic is flawed. He also streams as a co-host on Zodanza.

Genetically Modified Skeptic is one who addresses Christianity from a more empathetic side. He criticizes Christian fundamentalism, but is friendly towards Christians and theists with humanist values. He's not against Christianity in general; just harmful versions of Christianity.

Some examples for the channels I recommended:

And a bonus. This is an atheist YouTuber who is a former Muslim. It's funny how many bad arguments for Islam are basically the same as the ones Christians use, except they say "Allah" instead of "God" or "Jesus." I learned about him through Genetically Modified Skeptic.

Aron Ra is still going strong after all these years. And while his focus is more on general science and biology, Forrest Valkai is an atheist with some good videos debunking creationist nonsense. Both of them also appear as guest hosts on The Line semi-regularly.
