IE: Trump's death threats are signs of desperation. He feels his control slipping, and he's lashing out.

I hope you're right, but I dunno man.  Sometimes, I feel like a gazelle pitying the lions eating it and assuming that their hunting behavior is their very last aggressive act before the lions go extinct.

This is not some sort of accident.  This is a deliberate, calculated attempt to foist a certain system of government on the American people whether they want it or not - in order to grow their wealth and power as much as possible with no regard for anything else.

Well, you have to remember that the hard-core/die hard adherents are the last to let go of something, and that they're seeing a cherished thing circling the drain. This would, unsurprisingly, cause apocalyptic behavior.

This reminds me more and more of the super rich getting ready to have musk and themselves build their own "Elysium"(sp) world where they watch overhead in incredible comfort mining the population like slaves. If I were younger...and a better shot........
