Spoken like true plebs. People that have actually used the VR even the cheaper samsung one say it is actually like being inside the virtual space not just like like strapping a smartphone to your face. Probably because of refined motion sensors for your head movements and high fps that makes the illusion of first person view indistinguishable from your norma viewing experience.

The pleb is you.

Call me old fashioned, but I kind of like downloading and watching my porn the way it's been done for hundreds of years. Through a flash downloader plugin on my internet browser. Unless they can do that with VR porn, I won't be watching VR porn any time soon.

At this rate I might have to give up my Scarlett Johanssen blow up doll.

Torrents are illegal. No one should do anything illegal. Lol

Honestly, if I had a decent VR rig, here's what I'd actually use it for:

1) playing with dozens of puppies
2) play skyrim/fallout 4
3) virtually visit fictional locations (sword art online)
4) virtually visit real locations
...
34) porn

I would love to play something like brothers a tale of two sons. Something really atmospheric with beautiful fantasy landscapes. And just chill.

This will be far more popular with men married over 10 years whose wives have given up sex than anyone else….and of course the obvious, they can afford it.
A humans desire to live is exceeded only by their willingness to die for another. Even god cannot equal this magnificent sacrifice. No god has the right to judge them.-first tenant of the Panotheust

You are now officially the expert on the subject. :2thumbs:

I googled the subject of sexless (or low sex) marriages just to help me wrap my head around it.  I didn't read every hit, just this one.  It's an interview between reporter and researcher, but it doesn't identify the pollster/researcher at all, not even a name, although it sounds legit.  It explains some possible causes, but not enough to satisfy my curiosity.

My aunt confided to me one time that she and my uncle, married for over 40 years, never had sex.  She said they tried it once, but it didn't work.  She seemed interested enough in the subject, and while she seemed to accept that it was not part of her life, I got the feeling she felt unfulfilled about it.  My uncle, raised by my strict fundamentalist grandmother, was no doubt brow beaten about the evil nature of sex while growing up, but there may have been other reasons for his lack of sexual participation too, but I'd put money on the theory that it had something to do with his religion.

This is a short read, and I'd be curious about other's reactions to it.  A nonsexual marriage, let alone any non-sexual relationship, is something that is almost beyond my comprehension.  We tend to understand sexuality through our own limited and singular experience, and since it's not a subject freely discussed, it's something that perplexes me, and I suspect others may be similarly confounded.  You would think at my age, I would have figured all of this out, but I'm still not sure I could even define what love is (but I think it's closely related to sex).  Sure, I could blurt out many socially fashionable definitions, but a true understanding that satisfies my curiosity about these two related topics still eludes me.

This is a bit off topic.  If a mod wants to put it someplace else, it wouldn't bother me.

That is real on three levels.  Marriage, love and sex are different things.  You don't have to be married to be in love, and you don't have to have sex with the person you love, or the person you are married to, which might be different people.

On another level, sex education is very poor in the US, and the farther you go back in time, the worse it gets.  Some really old people might still be virgins ... and they should sue their dead parents for malpractice!

On a third level, sex with your marriage partner tapers off over time, for various reasons.  So it isn't a sexless marriage, but an increasingly sexless marriage.  Most happy couples have sex an average of one a week.  This is close to the Biblical recommendation.

What are you doing?
Are you taking any medications?
Don't do that.
