Eh, I dunno. Most of the time they seriously downplay how an actual rape works, either leaning towards comedy or just doing that "awkward consent" the Japanese seem to be into. Occasionally you do get a hentai that depicts rape in a realistic way, and it is extremely unsettling/horrifying to watch when that does happen.
