Quote20.000 euro hidden behind Vienna Sausages in the Vatican

µ

An investigation into the Vatican's possible financial missappropriations has lead to a surprising find. Hidden in the office of a priest, behind an old can of Vienna saucage, 20.000 euro was found by the investigating party. So reports German media.

The money has been confiscated and the cleric, Mauro Ugolini, has been suspended immediately. The priest's chef, the 67-year-old cardinal and ex-bisshop of Regensburg Gerhard Ludwig Müller, is expected to put out an explanation soon. Up 'till now it is unclear whether this concerns a true financial scandal  within the religious congregation in which both clergymen are active.

Third in rank.
After pope Fransiscus and cardinal Pietro Parolin Müller is the most important cleric within the catholic church's machine of government.

In light of the tendency to more financial transparacy within the Vatican all congretions, or machines of government, must make an account of their expenses and incomes. Müller is reported to have refused to share insights to documents, which prompted the investigators to search the offices.

Do you know that feeling when you have so many puns and snappy comments running to your head and they all fight so hard to be heard that their shouting makes them totally incomprehensible, leaving you without anything to say?
