Convert who protested outside Parliament over Syrian airstrikes with poster saying 'I am a Muslim... do you trust me enough for a hug?' now faces jail for threatening to bomb MP's house

QuoteA Muslim convert who protested outside Parliament with a sign saying 'I am Muslim, do you trust me enough for a hug?' is facing jail for threatening to bomb an MP's house.

Craig Wallace used the sign as Stop The War protesters came to Westminster for the vote on military action in Syria last week.

It stated: 'I am Muslim, I am labelled a terrorist, I trust you, do you trust me enough for a hug?'

But the 23-year-old, of Willesden Green, north London, is now facing a possible prison sentence after he threatened Tory MP Charlotte Leslie online following the vote.

Wallace, who calls himself Muhammad Mujahid Islam online, wrote on Facebook: 'I'm going to smash her windows then drop a bomb on her house while she's tucked up in bed. You dirty f****** pig-s******* s***.'

On December 3, the day after MPs voted to authorise the air strikes, he wrote: 'I'm going to find her and show her what it's like to murder innocents. You dirty pig-f****** w****.'

He also described shadow foreign secretary Hilary Benn as a 'war criminal' and a 'terrorist' the day after the Commons vote to bomb Syria.

His defence lawyer Abu Sayeed said Wallace had posted the messages after he had been out protesting against the Syrian bombing vote for 'two or three days and had very little sleep and had not taken his medication.'

LOL.  No.

In GB you have stronger anti-sedition laws than in the US.  In GB ... the only permitted political expression is ... G-d Save The Queen ;-)  Doesn't that get to you British atheists?  That and your Queen is also the head of your Church.

In the US, unless it is targeted at a political figure ... you are less likely to go to court over calling someone bad names ... freedom of speech for ass holes.

What are you doing?
Are you taking any medications?
Don't do that.

I hate "Islam", but I don't hate "Muslims".  Just like I utterly loath India, but I'm fine with Indians.

Islam is a terrible religion which commits terrible crimes, especially against women.  There are many moderate Muslims who don't practice the religion that way and they're okay.  In fact, I love Assif Mandvi.

India is a country whose hospitals are full of full on witch doctors.  A couple of years ago one of these voodoo priests confirmed, for the second time in his career, that some holy man had not eaten or drank anything for 40 years.  That annoyed me.  A few months after that, however, I read another story.  A 2 year old boy was in the hospital for the ninth time in his short life with severe burns.  The doctors were looking into SPONTANEOUS HUMAN COMBUSTION!  Yes, someone had lit this kid on fire NINE TIMES since his birth and the doctors were looking into spontaneous human fucking combustion voodoo bullshit!  I'd rather die on a plane to some third world country to get a REAL witch doctor to fix me up than see some quack in India.
This sentence is a lie...

The potential prison sentence is for a death threat not for name calling.

A dark cloud looms over.
Festive cheer does not help much.
What is this, "Justice?"
