Agreed that's hardly the message of the video IMO, but that is what some of viewers believe, though not necessarily that they are all terrorist but that they are all dangerous savages which is patently false. But in reality it is a much more complicated thing than brown/islamic people bad white/christian people good. But rather the dynamic of society and culture and how mass unregulated migration in the current conditions of the regions of destination and origin can easily set off a process of deteriorating conditions and escalating violence and destabilization, like what is happening in Greece to an extend. This video is promoted around as propaganda appealing to emotion by using music and mashing various clips without context, I would much rather people see the clips on their context to have a more realistic and rational picture of the migration issue. But keeping this in mind one can use the compilation of relevant clips and dig deeper into the issue.
