He might actually consider the Catholic church to be so false that he equates it with atheism, still wrong and dumb, but he might not consider that lying or contradictory.

Nah, he's full of shit. Equating catholisism with atheism requires a level of stupidity that'd render him unable to string together 3 coherent words on a keyboard. Even if he didn't consider it outright lying himself, he'd be totally useless to have around.

I already consider him rather useless based on the level of his arguments.

Yeah but at least we could make fun of him, but now he's either doing it to be ridiculed (so we're giving him what he wants) or he's too dumb for me to feel comfortable poking fun at. :(

Hey, Shin, on top of page 2, I warned you we wouldn't cut you no slack. I expect you to be gone real soon now.

Welcome, Shin. I note you've made it to 8 pages on your intro thread without breaking into a rant, screed, or long copy-paste. If you're looking for a fresh start from your experience at other forums, you could do worse.

Finally. A smart one. =D>

Was waiting for someone else other than me to say this. Yes you are correct. I only went maybe like twice, since I had no choice, to a catholic church nearby my home in Bruxelles. I was like 6 or lower :/ If you consider that being raised catholic... :/ I think my parents were like, well at least let's show our son that there is this option called "religion". Little did they know that showing a kid a catholic church is the worst thing a parent can do. Even worse than telling them fairy tails(we came from a soup of molecules billions of years ago) at bed time.

Oh well...

Do you have an explanation for the existence of rainbows? I'm not talking about the phenomenon and it's chemical explanation, but it's reason for being.

If you know, I'd be glad to hear the answer.

The scientific explanation is the reason why rainbows exist.

I know you want the reason to be that your god critter put them there as a sign of the covenant that he made to never flood the entire Earth again. But since the actual evidence continually rejects the theistic claim that the Earth was once flooded in some global smiting, it kind of puts a hamper on that claim.
