Nietzsche is proof that what doesn't kill you make you makes you stronger is wrong. He was correct about religion in my opinion though. And also in living life to the fullest and overcoming fear. He never said God is dead by the way. It was said by a character in his one novel. His philosophy may be the most misunderstood of any other. The Nazis didn't overcome their fear of the Jews, they caved into it, just like the Christians do toward anything they fear.
