New experiment in patio gardening

We have had a 4' x 4' raised bed garden on the patio for the last several years. This year I decided to try something different. Garden tower planters. Each one has a place for 54 plants. The one on the left was planted with vegtables mostly. The one on the right is mostly herbs.

Cool! One of my sons bought two stacking things similar to you terra cotta colored ones, and planted strawberries.
