Again, because of Christian crybabies we can't have nice things like equal protection under the law...

QuoteThe Bexar County Republican Party in Texas will consider a resolution that endorses the “repeal of our local governments’ pro-homosexual policies,” according to Out In SA.

The resolution is aimed at a ordinance that was approved by San Antonio’s city council last year, which prohibited the local government from discriminating against individuals based on their sexual orientation or gender identity.

“This ordinance fundamentally is about ensuring whether you’re white or black, Christian or Jew, straight or gay, this city belongs to you,” Mayor Julian Castro said at the time. “This ordinance is about saying there are no second-class citizens in San Antonio.”

Conservatives, however, claimed that ordinance violated the religious rights of Christians who believe marriage is only between a man and a woman.

Remember, to Christians and Muslims, anyone who doesn't meet their standards is a second-class citizen, and they must be eliminated. Very social bunch they are, great at parties

I fail to see how this violates  religious rights. They are still free to believe marriage should be between one man and one woman.this law didn't take away their right to be ignorant at all.
