I wrote this song years ago, about ditching toxic people. More recently bobby worked out a really nice bass part on my glorious French "Minifreak" synth. Kinda like a good ole Fleetwood Mac bassline.

I've been doing more French lessons, and the say that a really good addition to lessons is listening to some of your favorite songs in that language:

And holy moley, the French version is even more brutal than the english version!

"Blood demands blood gonna get my hands wet" -> "Le sang pour le sang, j'aurai le tien sur moi" (literally: "Blood for blood, I'll have yours on me")

They don't mince words in these translations!  It really paints a picture!  I'm even starting to have a somewhat clearer idea of the story with multiple translations.

We 'new atheists' have a reputation for being militant, but make no mistake  we didn't start this war. If you want to place blame put it on the the religious zealots who have been poisoning the minds of the  young for a long long time."

I like some contemporary French music. The language sings. However, my favorite composers ever are the French impressionist artist's counterparts, Ravel, Debussy, and Satie. I was introduced to Debussy via Jack Horkheimer's - "Star Hustler" astronomy shorts on PBS. More recently the music from one of my fav films, "Amelie" is awesome.

PopeyesPappy

My favorite Priest album. Not because it's their best music. It's not. Because this one was my first exposure to band way back in 76 when it came out.

Had an AI cover the first song I ever made. I really like what it did.

How does an AI cover a song? Does it have to listen to the song and then make its own version, or what? After all, that's how humans do it.
Or does the AI have some other way to do it?

The only thing you can feed it is audio files, so I can't really see any other way it could produce the cover besides listening.
