I'll boil some up. It's nothing compared the all the nuclear medical tests I have had over the past 5 years, LOL. Geez, I haven't had shrimp in over a year. East Central Florida seafood markets and restaurants sometimes have deep water "rock shrimp" that taste a lot like lobster.

I remember we would "dip net" a 5-gal, bucket-full of pink or white shrimp, from a bridge on a windy full moon tide. We would hang a lantern so their eyes glowed as they floated under the bridge. We would also put out a few on lines just in case a snapper or snook swam by. And they usually did.

I caught a "Mekong catfish" one time by tickling it as it was debriding a wound on my leg. We both ate well. I later calculated Mom was getting a letter from the USN about then, KIA-BNR. It would be her second for me. I got to call  home from my bed in a hospital in Saigon. "I told those sons-a-bitches you weren't dead."
