What's a mill deck?

eh, never mind.

Every player draws a card at the start of their turn (sometimes more than one, go blue!) from a stack called their library.  Mill decks attack the library instead of the health points, which is the normal way of winning.  When the library's all gone and you have to draw a card but can't, you lose.

Metaphorically, it's like attacking someone's mind instead of their body.
