Quote from: Gawdzilla Sama on April 29, 2025, 06:21:54 AMYou really need to have a nice set-down with someone. I know a guy. He used to like me. Shared my dreams with him. Never calls anymore.

It's ADHD. I see patterns most people don't see, but then I also see some that doesn't exist, which is called apohenia. Remember Snoopy wearing his hat? His ears down... That looked like another dog wearing a hat like that from behind to me, then I realised it isn't.

It can be helpful and even really a good skill to have, but also so weird that people think you are high. But then having ADHD is like being high all the time.

I have what I refer to as Lightning Brain. Ask me a question and I have twenty answers, with justifications, queued up to reply. Most people don't sit through all of them.

Yeah, it's one of the traits. It is one form of hyperactivity.

Prof. at Purdue told me it was "webbing". Start from a single point and go off in multiple directions. Usually all or most with valid termini. He pointed out that without an IQ close to mine people would bog down very quickly. To date that's been the most useful thing about a 128. Certainly didn't make me rich.

It's also exhausting. What's 128? I didn't get that.

I got out of the USN on disability, and they offered me educational benefits. To determine what they would pay for they tested me. After the tests the VA offered to pay for four years full time at Purdue U. (and expenses.) The State of Indiana invited me to test for their rehab program, and after the tests the State of Indiana offered to pay for four years full time at Purdue U. (and expenses.)

I was later advised that they knock five points off the IQ test scores to keep us poor souls humble. I have no idea what that would be like. ;-)

When I was in 7th grade I tested at 140. I'm sure I'm nowhere near that any more.

Ah, I see. (Lol, it's obvious when reading for teh second time, sorry.) IQ concept (tests,points...etc.) is for the people with superiority complex in my humble opinion. Anyone who has an actual high potential for intelligence enough to change something out there -which is a situation with so many other variables- would get what a scam that is at a first glance, provided they are well adjusted of course. But in cases like yours, it's probably helpful. But other than that, in my opinion, genuinely gifted people are very rare. And considering about the fucked up 'world order' we are probably missing most of them.

I've never been tested, I don't care. but I know that I'm in the average.

This is what I was talking about.

https://texasscorecard.com/state/texas-house-approves-former-speaker-dade-phelans-meme-regulation-bill/

QuoteThe Republican-led Texas House just passed a bill making it ILLEGAL to share altered political memes, images and videos without a disclaimer. The Penalty would be up to one year in jail or a $4,000 fine.

The Texas House recently passed House Bill 366, which criminalizes the distribution of altered political media—like memes, videos, or audio recordings—without a disclaimer. The bill applies to candidates, officeholders, or political committees, as well as anyone spending over $100 on political advertising. Violators could face up to a year in jail or a $4,000 fine.

The bill has sparked intense debate, with supporters arguing it protects election integrity, while critics warn it could suppress free speech and satire. Some see it as a response to AI-generated deepfakes, but its scope includes basic edits and parody.

Now, they will create online armies from unemployed young people with salaries to go online and look for content like this and report. The ones over here have hordes. But more than that, like I've said before people will censor themselves first out of fear. And I don't blame them. Who'd wants to go to jail for something like that and/or has 4000 dollars ffs...

I was nearly forty when I was first tested. The tech at the VA showed me my score and I went "huh". Not impressed because I wasn't any different after than I was before. I did finally "get it" regarding being invited to the Naval Academy Preparatory School (NAPS) when I was in boot camp. Last thing I wanted was four more years of school followed by decades of serial butt-kissing. Never very good at butt-kissing, I guess it doesn't require a high IQ.

I see. Zilla, I'm not evaluating you, or judging your test result. Why would I do something like that? I'm saying that those test results don't actualy mean anything in real life, which includes the science research and stuff where the so called genius' roam. But it makes sense to use it to put people in groups in army, and highly likely that's the original source.

In my opinion, IQ tests and points are a long time products, exactly like 'what ladies go crazy for' that whatever the fuck is designed to be bought by everyone, because they absolutely need it - in any target group. This one is just not a face serum, but a stronger, and a more substantial in exploiting human nature.

Do you have any idea, how great the capacity of a normal, well adjusted human being in a stable and humaine environment?
