I "like" how exasperated the experts/skeptics are with the diet guru people now.  It's been a rough couple of decades, and there's no end in sight to the madness!


tl;dw: eat that lemon if you wanna, heaven knows people don't get enough fruits and veggies in their diets, but don't expect it to work miracles.  If you already get enough vitamin C, additional vitamin C isn't going to do anything for ya except taste good.

Fun fact: Vitamins are literally defined by the fact that your body only needs a little of them. You don't get extra credit by consuming more.

I probably haven't seen that in 45 years.

I'm going through the educational film section on Internet Archive. For some reason the first couple entries appear to be sex education videos.
