Me too.  Apparently, the Nazis had really good environmental policies at the time.  (Which is probably surprising to those who assumed that everything they ever did was evil)  Most of the time, it's conservatives bringing it up just to bash environmentalism with guilt by association / ad hitlerum  (and they wonder why they're losing voters)  But this actually seems like a legitimate academic work.
