My daughter sent a bouquet of flowers that comes in a box with a special moistener and a vase. You trim 1" off the bottom of stems, put the flowers in the vase with water, add some conditioner and the flowers bloom for like 6 days. Cool.

Tough life, Jason. My mom was a saint that stood up to the patriarchal Mormons around me, taught me to think independently and was a nurturing, loving, sacrificing woman all her life. I feel your pain.

Yup, same here. My mother is narcissistic so I do not feel the same enthusiasm as other people who has/had unconditionally loving mother. 

Btw, fyi, here in my country Mother's day is celebrated on 22nd of Dec.
