 The IRS doesn't fall under the office of the president but you are too stupid to know that.
The NSA falls under the Attorney General but is monitored by the Congressional Security Council. So if you want to blame someone you can start with all those republicans that chair the House security council committee....DUMBASS!

ACA hasn't failed it hasn't even been implemented yet you moron. We don't have a single payer healthcare system BTW and private insurance companies provide the coverage under the ACA dumbass. It isn't even close to socialism goofball.
