Hello everyone. I'm a newly "de-converted" atheist and joined the forum so that I could share thoughts with some like-minded people. :)

As for my username; I am subcontinental but have nothing to do with New Zealand. I'm just nicknamed "the Kiwi" at home for having a bitter sense of humour (at times!).

I hope we will have enlightening and entertaining discussions together.

Hey, I was wondering if any of you could clarify this: it says new users need 10 posts to their name before being able to post topics outside of the "introduction" section. Does this mean I need to post 10 topics, or are replies counted as well?

Also, I noticed the other introduction posts give much more info on the new users so here goes nothing:
-I was formerly a Muslim. I stopped calling myself one about half a month ago, if I recall correctly.

-I enjoy playing music in my free time. My preferred instruments are voice and guitar.

-I'm also interested in languages. (I'm quite confident with English, German and French. I also have a very basic knowledge of spoken Bangla, Urdu, Hindi, and written Italian).

Yes. I am a citizen of Bangladesh and Switzerland. :)

By "hindu strong atheist" do you mean that you are a simultaneously hindu and atheist, or do you mean you are a former-Hindu who now holds atheist views?
(Note: unlike many Bangladeshis, I do know that some Hinduism is not necessarily polytheistic and can be interpreted atheistically).
