People scamming people isn't proof for GW being likely a scam. That much is true.

The fact that you can repeat the experiments and readings that prove GW is happening, is proof that it isn't a scam.

So no proof that it is a scam. And proof that it isn't a scam.
So why even poison the well by sowing doubt?

I mean, you call yourself a sceptic? Could you take a sceptical look at ho, much this kind of international, intergenerational scam would require of those fooling the population? How many millions upon millions of people around the world would need to be in on it?
It would be more likely that the moonlandings were fake, rather than GW. And no, those weren't fake either.

Oh, I do believe that human activity can have effects on the climate, but that doesn't stop me from postulating the idea that people could use the public's fear of global warming to take their money. And there is evidence showing that people who act fearful or irrational don't have good judgment or perception.
