The hallmark of design is efficient simplicity. DNA could hardly be less efficient or simple. Large chunks of our (or any other organism's) DNA could be outright removed without any ill effect.

And the DNA we have often bears striking similarities to that of other mammals. Almost like we had common ancestors or something.
