Dafuq?  Once wasn't enough?!??

You know, with campaign season so close, you'd think Trump would want the public to forget the kids-in-cages scandal.  Not exactly a crowd-pleaser.  I'm sure there are Republicans who get off to that sort of stuff, but those are the sort of people who voted for him the first time around and aren't intelligent or moral enough to regret it.  Trump needs to win independents, and these sorts of policies will make them vote for a dead horse over Trump.  Where's this guy's campaign chairman?  Oh, right...

Which is very worrisome considering what she did was downright infamous.
Yeah, apparently ripping children out of the arms of their parents wasn't heinous enough to satisfy the Orange Disaster Area.

Protip from someone who actually works in child welfare: hey, Donnieboy, if your intention is to create damaged kids who'll grow up in to being seriously damaged adults, keep doing what you're doing.  On the other hand, if you have just the tiniest shred of human decency, FUCKING STOP IT ALREADY!

I have genuinely never been so ashamed of being an American before.

I'd like to think that there aren't enough racist, homophobic, sexist, ethnocentric, religious fanatics to vote Trump back in for a second term, but my faith in humanity is below sea level right now. If Republicans had a shred of decency, they wouldn't even allow Trump to run on the Republican ticket, run a different Republican in his place, and force Trump to have to run as an independent candidate. But we don't live in that universe. We live in the universe where Republicans make excuses for every terrible thing he says and does.

There actually is another Republican running -- not that you'd know it from the media coverage he's not getting, despite genuinely having a background that in any other year would make him a plausible contender.

The mainstream media, alas, puts their ratings ahead of the nation.  They don't want a fair fight on the GOP side; that might mean their pet blithering sociopath won't be there in the fall and they might have to *gasp* *horrors* cover a race on actual issues with real ideas.

On Teapot Dome .. the whole Republican privatization is the routine implementation of Teapot Dome corruption.  And Diane Feinstein - D is part of this too.

Sometimes I forget how many positions Trump has just refused to fill. He is beyond incompetent. But given the people he chooses to surround himself with, maybe it is for the best.

I do wish the media wouldn't show favoritism towards certain candidates. Whether they're third party candidates or members of the same party, competing in primaries, the media just is not interested in giving equal consideration or time. I'm kinda surprised there is another Republican challenging Trump, though. In the past, when a party has split the vote like that, it hasn't worked out for them. But I doubt many Republicans will even know he's running, so... Trump 2020.

I wonder who his campaign chairman is for the 2020 election? I hope the "fake news" and the Democratic House will take a good long look at anyone associated with Trump.

I really wish Trump was incompetent--he is not.  He knows what he wants and how to get it.  He creates chaos since he thrives in it.  And it muddies the waters so much that many don't see what he is doing; and tires others out so they stop caring.  He wants to become an absolute ruler--so why would he keep any of those positions of power peopled?  He would ignore them anyway, but with those positions filled it would be noticed that he is going against all of them.  The so-called republications, want their part of the spoils and therefore do nothing.  He rules like a mob-boss and that is what he essentially is.  As he chips away at the American political system and does away with the checks and balances, he gains more and more power.  That is is aim and goal.

All those "acting" heads of departments are dependent on the whim of a lunatic, who can fire them on twitter at a moment's notice. So they have to keep him pleased to keep their jobs.

I doubt Mr Manafort will be available by then ;-)

As far as acting heads of departments go, even the regulars are just acting ;-)

So, now Trump and other government officials can legally accept bribes from foreign individuals and governments? Sure, what could possibly go wrong?
