so I'm pretty sure this is not something the girl signed up for in any way or shape.

I do not find it shocking either. But I do find it very wrong. What I do find shocking, however, is that there are men on a forum such as this who find his actions to be par and she should have expected what she got.

I should have looked closer at the app description then.  The impression I got from the information I saw was that both parties could expect to be sexually propositioned.
