Couldn't agree more. But how would that change if Mexico "requests" Putins help? Apparently the Baltics "requested" NATO help and asked for membership. I don't know if that's true but it would be a point to consider.

Yes, but by Donnieboy standards, being presidential (relatively speaking) only requires not drooling while on camera.
