Debatable.  And theists always find ways of accommodating new scientific findings, though there are limits.

My theory is humans will evolve into a more advanced thinking animal .
Darwin says we evolved from monkeys and I think we will keep evolving so

fair enough, might be a nitpick but Darwinism isn't anything. It's just evolution. We don't call accepting of electricity Franklinism, Newtonism for gravity. Evolution is the name of a process, something that has no end or goal.

Another nitpick but we aren't evolved from monkeys, but we share a common ancestor.

And you are correct, we are not made from the image of god, anyone who thinks that is beyond a lazy thinker.

Excellent point, in the novel Galapagos's, Vonnegut postulates that Homo Sapiens evolve into a less intelligent life form that are essentially fat, dumb, happy, and almost sea lion like.

Evolution doesn't necessarily improve us in the ways we would consider to be advantageous. If somehow our environment changed in such a way that our big brains became a liability then the process of evolution would change us in ways we would consider pretty awful...but we would be fit for survival.

Well, technically we did evolve from apes. In the same sense that seagulls evolved from birds of course.  :rollin:
