What it means is that Ann Coulter thinks Soccer moms are stupid. Which shows how stupid she is, because a significant part of her conservative base is made up from Soccer moms.

Its more like saying you don't  like cats at a dog convention.... the cats aren't there to hear you and could care less, the dogs agree with you because your a dog, the dogs post it on a cat site, but the cats don't care what the dogs think so laugh it off.
