Both Sanders and tRump are tapping into anger among voters. tRump is using the scapegoat approach blaming anyone who isn't white while Sanders is tapping in blaming Wall Street  while everyone else is sort of floundering grasping at straws hoping to catch the middle.
One message Sanders is putting out is that you have the right to be angry at the ruling class,  the billionaires calling all the shots and buying up democracy. tRump wants to blame immigrants, but immigrants aren't buying up our democracy.  I think it's going to come down to who the public is really willing to blame for their anger..HRC seems to think that getting black voters on her side will win it,but that's a flawed approach..

I received this from my sister.  She's not a Republican, or a Hillary hater.  She's apolitical if anything.  In her defense, it's just something one of her friends passed to her, and she thought it was amusing.  I read all the accusations, and don't know how many are established truths, and I don't know that the conclusion that "she still gets the Democratic votes" is true either, but it's probably a generalization taken to heart by many on the right.  I only posted it because it points out the cloud of scandal, true or not, that she carries around. 

Scandal or not, she welds a lot of power in spite of it.  The joke or whatever it is that I've posted,  may be somewhat amusing, or somewhat offensive, or somewhat something or other, or maybe it's just a waste of bandwidth.  Don't take it too seriously.

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are in a bar.  Donald leans over, and With A smile on his face, says, "The media are really tearing you apart for That Scandal."

Everything above is true. Yet she still gets the Democratic votes. Could there be that many stupid people in this country???

Hillary has been around for such a long time, and as a senator voting on bills that have multiple riders, you can make anything stick, scandal or not.

A message that the Democrats should beat home every day, but don't is simple.  Don't like social security?  You think it's a ponzi scheme and going broke the way the rubes portray it? Fine! DON'T ACCEPT IT when you reach retirement age.  When you get old enough for Medicare DON'T ACCEPT IT!  DEMAND that you have to pay full price every time you have to go to the doctor..
Whenever I hear anyone complain about social security and I know that it's the only reason they're not in the poor house I tell them to return every penny to the feds or otherwise just shut the fuck up and stop being a hypocrite. I live in South Carolina in a neighborhood full of older people who go on and on about how rotten social security is and not a one will admit that if not for social security they would all be homeless old fuckers..

Get the bigger picture.  Their grandparents voted for Hoover and Alf Landon ... the Republicans and S Democrats.  They wanted the US to join the dream team of the Axis forces.  Their hands burn every time they handle a dime (with FDR portrait on it).  If FDR had raised dead people, they would have shot the resurrected dead again.  S Carolina is the home of the "lets fire cannon against Federal property" and the home of "deep six McCain and nominate Shrub in 2000".  Crawdads are smarter.

I've also noticed slaves supporting the master because they think they'll be in charge someday and get to rule. It's verified when a slave gets a slight bump up the chain and gets to handle other slaves. That leader, who is still a slave, is happy to lord over the former "equals" they have been given. That leader determines that the path to freedom is to own more slaves.

It appears there's a growing number of people who are able to rise above the training videos and mind games of work. I've found work to be a great battlefield. I've got to pay the rent. I may as well try to change the world while I'm at it.
