As for aitm, he needs to pick a lane and say he believes that genetics cause miscarriages or they don't, whether God exists or not. Or, say that he believes genetics cause miscarriages as does God, if He exists. If the latter, then he can explain how he knows when genetics or God is the cause of each miscarriage.
