The New York Times is reporting that Ozzy died today. He did his last concert with Black Sabbath less than 3 weeks ago.

I really didn't hear much of the Black Sabbath album, but I recall hearing Paranoid and Iron Man and thinking well that's something different. I always liked that album had just one guitar part because the bass guy really jams. With many metal bands the bass is just along for the ride with the kick all the time.
