It includes the old canard that Hitler was an atheist.  And it leaves out how many people were killed by religious governments or the Roman Catholic Church directly.

No look, that isn't even the point, the governments of these fascist states had the same thing in common with the god character (absolute final power), instead of worshiping a god you worship the state. These fascist states were not anti-religion, the state was anti competition OF ANY KIND to the state.

You can google and find pictures of Hitler in churches surrounded by priests. Mien Kompf is full of references to God and the Germans being "God's chosen people" And the SS belt buckles had on them "Gott Min Uns"(God is with us).

And the assian fascist states were full of Buddhists and other supertitions. Stalin himself was a taught theologian long before he became a dictator. So he was very well trained in getting people to follow.

What this idiot does not get is that the atheists of the west today have NOTHING in common with any fascist state. Blind worship of a religion or a political party is fucking stupid either way.

If you want to talk about genocide, let them know that the human body is so poorly "designed" that 15-20% of first trimester pregnancies end up as miscarriages. That's this "designers" fault. If that percentage has been steady throughout human history(which it hasn't), and around 100 billion people have been born alive throughout history, that's around 18-25 billion miscarriages in the first trimester. So the "designer" made us into natural genocide machines.

I know that's a bit of a stretch to genocide, but I like to stretch.
