I'm referencing a pretty infamous case where some guy did just that (apparently, while wearing a Jason mask).  Did not go over well, lol.   I'd post it, but I don't think this forum would survive the ensuing flame war.

(I added in the Technologic part, which deals more with the emergence of strong AI.  People tend to get really squicked out by the somewhat menacing human-like robot in that music video)

It's interesting how even the most seemingly liberal people grab their torches and pitchforks when you push just the right emotional buttons.
