So, Fanny has been on my radar recently. Haven't given them much mind because, while culturally important, I wasn't super into any of the songs I looked at.

But I kind of like this one. Not sure what's different, but here we are.

So, being the OCD little shit that I am, I'm slightly obsessed with CCR and decided to look at Tom Fogerty's solo career. I had said there was nothing much to say about it and apparently only his first album charted. Prolly because it's the first album before everyone realized that John had all the talent. He also had a band called Ruby that I didn't look into yet. But, on his third solo record, Zephyr National, according to Wikipedia, this track has all four members of CCR, even though John insisted on recording his part separately from Stu and Doug because he hates them so much. Therefore, it's the last track with all four members on it.

So have a listen so you can suffer the way I suffered.

I just came across a pretty good song on YouTube by The Dead South, called In He'll I'll Be In Good Company.  I can't post it with my phone, but you can just do a YouTube search and find it easily.

Note the guy who looks like Oliver from the Brady Bunch when the chorus comes up.

I've just come across something on YouTube called "Creature Feature - a gory demise lyrics" that sounds pretty good. I was looking for the old TV show about horror movies, and came across it.  It's definitely interesting. 🪺

I've just discovered that Creature Feature is a group, with another song called "Such Horrible Things" that is at least as good as the other one I posted.  🐓

I'm kinda disappointed because when the news said MTG had a rap video, I thought the uberkaren rapped, but she hired a ringer and just stood there like D in the video for Rock Show.

Very... strange. Quality is over all really good, and the fusion of several iconic songs just gives a nice nostalgia.

Better than any DJ could do by themselves, which bothers me.
