Most Democrats Dont Want Biden

According to a New York Times/Siena College poll, 70% of Democrats want someone else. I wanted someone else before he was elected, but I was surprised that he did as well as he did. OK he blows on the environment and healthcare, neither of which many people are interested in right now, but on the state of the country, well, I wouldn't wish that on any president, and no one in that list of Democratic light weights he ran against impressed me much either. There was one I wanted, but I can't even remember who that was now. They're all gone, and who else is out there? Who even cares?

In my opinion, the Democratic Party has followed the Republicans down the right wing rabbit hole, with their only mission to be not quite as bad. It's as if they are trying to cultivate favor with but a handful of Republican voters, figuring that liberals will support them on a party reputation that no longer exists. It even worked for me. I voted against Trump, not for Biden, and that's all the Democrats seem to care about.

Biden is a typical, career politician. I don't believe he actually cares about anything, and I don't see him as a man of integrity. I voted for
Sanders, because he's one man who is actually honest about what he thinks, and he actually cares about the people he represents. But we can't have a President like that. They never make it far. The Democrat system of votes leading to delegates, leading to super delegates just means that the primaries mean basically nothing. Our votes are diluted to the point of being useless.

And yes, I voted against Trump, not for Biden. My opinions on Biden have fluctuated, but I've never been very excited about him. I just wanted Trump out before he could do too much damage. Of course, Republicans rushed their Supreme Court nominee through the process in record time, so too fucking late for that. Would have been nice if people voted against Trump in the first place, but here we are.

Biden got my vote because he wasn't the chump. I'll hold my nose and vote for him again, if I have to. De Santis is every bit as bad as the chump, and smarter. I hope he doesn't run, but if he does, I hope he loses.

I would hope, after what the Supreme Court did, people would have the sense to vote anything but Republican until they either lost the majority in the courts, or stopped being shit. Vote for the douche, if it means we don't get the turd sandwich.

I'm not saying don't vote for him, but at what point do we all agree that voting for the lesser of two evils is the reason the situation is broken in the first place and it has to change otherwise the generic painkiller we are taking for our rotting heart won't be enough to keep it together.

Whoever is the next president, whether Democrat or Republican, a sizable percentage of the American public, media companies, and politicians will be actively undermining anything they propose or support. That's the bigger problem.

Who do the Democrats have who might replace him? Therein lies the problem.
White privilege is being a lifelong racist, then being sent to the White House twice because your running mate is a minority.

No Biden, no KKK, no Fascist USA!

That's the problem everywhere.

Over the past two presidential cycles, they have been grooming the old guard with high name recognition (Clinton, Biden), which didn't bring much in the way of interest to the election.

Not an americqn myself, but as an outsider, i appreciate biden. Ha e since the start of his presidency.
But i'm not in a big way in the know of all of his policies and such.

He's not the chump. It would appear that he may run again. And his numbers are up after some good news in the country. The republicans are trying to (for the mot part) downplay the reversal of Roe v Wade. Case in point, a deep red state like Kansas handed them a serious defeat by voting ~60-40 against stiffer abortion law(s). I'm hoping that Roe V Wade helps trash them. I'm also seeing where there are many people registering to vote. Women aren't going to take it. I hope that this is the start of a swing back toward "center".

I want the Republican party to be declared a terrorist organization, and dealt with accordingly.

Subversive and treasonous would be what I call them. I can tolerate a difference of opinion, even some hate speech, but trying to overthrow the democratic process is where I believe a line must be drawn, and we aren't doing that.
